So I just purchased a 1986 AstroGlass Bass Boat for 0. I think I got a good deal on it, but just curious what everyone thinks since I am brand new to boating. Its a 17ft fiber glass, has 2 live wells, a ton of storage, rod storage, haul is perfect, has all the gauges and steering wheels. Bad things are it doesn’t have any motors (trolling or outboard), needs to have new carpet since current carpet is original, seats are getting rough so could use replacing. It also came with a trailer which is pretty decent. Just curious if this was a good deal and move on my part since I really know nothing about boats, just know that this was 75% cheaper then anything else I seen. Any feedback on the brand would be great to since I never heard of them but know they’re a division of procraft and dissolved in the early 1990s
I want to buy some fresh water fishing gear like rods, lines, worms, flies, etc, but not sure where the best place to get em would be. I don’t want to pay too much but at the same time I don’t want something that will snap in a couple of uses. I was thinking about walmart, but I have a thing against walmart =_=
small mouth and big mouth. also any other tips effective for bass fishing. i have minnows, frogs, leeches, worms. also what kind of hook should i use.
guelph lake
There’s is one bitch on the water today and all use boaters grew up on this tiny lake (it’s a pretty secret lake) and our families have been here for at least 200 years. Now this concrete loving douche decides to move to our little lake and haul ass all day in his hot rod boat that you can here around a island a mile away. Is there any law that restricts the level of noise one person can make?
I am planning to buy a fly fishing rod and i have never used them before. I am looking for a strong and easy to use rod. i am willing to spend . what do you prefer should i get another spinning rod or should i try fly fishing
I have a 16 gallon fish tank. Bio-Orb!
I have just added one male beta. But the tank is way to big for him to just be by himself. I know that other male betas or other long tale fish will result in fighting. I was just inquiring to see if perhaps a small spool of neons would be ok ? Angle fish? Thanks
bottom feeders are not recommended for this aquarium. The Bio-Orb.
Something about the filtration system. Also what would be the recommended total amount of fish that I can add to the tank without it causing harm to each other.
This isn’t because I want any marine fish,I’m rather content with my freshwater tropical fish but I’m just trying to do some research for future reference. I love the different species of marine tropical fish and would one day like to become an owner of some. What size tank should you ideally buy, how many fish in one tank etc. I am going to buy some books eventually.
