Bass fishing????????
In a large lake in new york, in october with a lot of docks that are good fishing and lots of points as well how would you fish it. There are both good numbers of largemouth and smallmouth and a lot of weeds.
no duh no dumb answers from unexperienced people. No live bait they are for people who cant fish. Its a tournament and as people who actually bass fish know you cant use them in tournaments
ok guys first off i have fished the lake numerous times, i know what a spinnerbait is…obviously, and i was just asking your guys opinions to see if there was any other ways that i would want to try. On the points for smallmouth i use a drop shot rig. The largemouths i will use a tube or sweet beaver texas rigged or whacky worm.
Dan you cant use live bait in bass tournaments. If you knew about fishing as much as your trying to tell us you do you would know how to fish a lake given docks and a lot of points with both largemouth and smallmouth.
yea exert thats similar to how i usually fish it skipping wacky under docks and flipping sweet beaver under/around them. The pointer is hard to fish there though because of all weeds.
